If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Fees already committed to ingredients, staffing, permits, rentals, travel, or third parties may be nonrefundable as described in the applicable agreement.
Customers must provide accurate guest counts, venue requirements, access details, dietary requests, and allergy information. We will discuss reasonable accommodations, but no food-service environment can guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact unless expressly stated in writing.
Website content, branding, menus, photographs, graphics, and other materials belong to Strong Pollo or their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
The website is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strong Pollo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
