Strong Pollo began with a passion for food and a love for hospitality. Through the support of our dedicated guests, we have grown from a green market stall, to indoor pop-ups, to our Mobile Kitchen.

Now, we’re looking ahead — bringing our menu, our service, and the Strong Pollo experience to more people throughout the week.
